The staff are polite, managed the parking onsite.

Booked the room with my family members for 5 nights and had a really nice stay. The management was extremely polite and amiable, as well as the staff. The location was great and easy - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

hotel is well located but 15-20 long blocks from the commercial and historical center. facilities are neat and tidy. rooms are spacious and comfortable. breakfast is varied and schedule is very wide. cleanliness is remarkable. There is a safe in the room and elements to make coffee, refrigerator but not a fridge. They gave me the possibility to make a late check out and for a cost of 20 euros more, I could leave at 4 pm.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I just think that they lack a little more service... for example, there is no iron in the rooms, I needed a power adapter and when I asked for it I got a clear no, it also happened that I could not communicate with the confectioner's, they took my room number and told me that they called me and they never did, a shipment arrived for me and they didn't tell me, I asked for it when I checked out, nothing important but they are details that add up. I liked the hotel anyway.

A very nice way to end my xmas. Relaxing place with extremely polite staff and excellent food. Favourable, marvellous location near the sea and restaurants in front of the beach and best restaurant...

The room is big and great.the breakfast is very good and in general the hotel is very good.but we were unlucky.when we woke up in the morning the floor of the bathroom was full of water.lucky that I was the first one to use it,because we were going with a blind person and if he had entered the first one he was in danger of slipping.We called the front desk and they sent us a maintenance person. He saw that the water was coming from the upper floor and falling around an infrared bulb on the ceiling. He said he would call someone to pick up the water.So we went to breakfast and when we came back the water was still the same and it was us who had to call the cleaning lady and then put towels on the floor while we were showering because the water was still falling.I think it is not fair to pay 184 euros for a room to be so uncomfortable, we know that accidents can happen but at least they could have made a discount for the discomfort.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful hotel, and I especially appreciated its proximity to the bustling city center, making it easy to stroll around and discover landmarks like the fine Malaga Cathedral and the vibrant Centre Pompidou, both within a 20-minute walk, great to soak in the city's charm while enjoying park views along the way.

It's a modern and stylish hotel with sea views, we had a fine experience. Everything was perfect, the staff were super friendly and incredibly friendly. The room was nice designed and had a good sized balcony, a storage space and a kettle as pictured in advertising.

Very friendly & nice reception, super clean hotel, everywhere! I got room 602 with a very nice view over the beach, lovely gorgeous breakfast, excellent facilities in the room, it even had stereo setup for music etc, shower, bathroom all clean and nice, very spacious room, and the location is 5 minutes walk (even with a suitcase) from both bus and train station, which means easy connection to the airport. I travel a lot and I'm quite picky but I couldn't find anything negative about this hotel. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again for sure. It was lovely!

Unheated swimming pool could be a deal-breaker for comfort!!! Limited English TV channels make downtime uninspired!!! Consider extra towels for pool peak times!!!

Privileged location, 10 minutes from downtown and right next to the station. Excellent comfort, spacious room, warm and welcoming decoration, best staff, attentive staff. We asked to change the pillow to a viscous one and attention was immediate. place to return without a doubt. You can also have the SPA circuit and indoor pool the day of departure. gym is very nice, in general it is a hotel with many details. Its details and comfort is a reason to return, for sure.

There was no plug in one of the bedside tables, charging the tlf and leaving it close by was difficult. The toilet screen was creaking when it closed. But what upset us was a hot water failure on the day of departure. We could not use the hot shower of the Spa circuit in the morning, although we could use the pool, where I was alone with my partner.

Modern, clean and free Wifi.

Spa is not really a "Spa" in the North American sense of the word. Was expecting full spa service, not just sauna, steam room etc.

The hotel is located within walking distance of two beaches. One is ten minutes walking, and the other is twenty minutes. The city center is also not too far away at a fifteen minute walk.

The air conditioning in our room seemed to have trouble in the middle of the night both nights. It worked well during the day when we were there, but late at night it did not work as well.

The room is very good, good space and distribution. The bed was very comfortable. The garage is quite spacious.

We had problems with the elevators, they were not working well, regardless of that (which is something that can happen) what they did not manage well was the lack of signage. They only warned on the reception floor, not in the garage for those of us who arrived, on any of the floors. Their explanation... '' they from reception saw if they worked or not... we guests didn't know what was going on.. On the other hand, there is no visible emergency exit in the garage. After waiting more than 10 minutes for the elevator, was not going and was not indicated, we had to find a way out. After walking around I saw a door that indicated an emergency exit. We got in and went up some stairs that lacked light. We had to go up with the flashlight of the mobile phone. We arrived at a room full of furniture that communicated with another in the same conditions. receptionist's explanation was that ''it was a staff outing''. Another receptionist commented that it was indeed the emergency exit. From my point of view, there was no need to see it, to know where to go in an emergency or to go up the stairs completely in the dark and impediment of the furniture they have stored. Another day they had us waiting for more than 10 minutes to get out of the garage with the car. We had to call the hotel and receptionist was very unpleasant. Another time to go down to the garage because the elevators were not working, they had to take me through the staff area ( loading and unloading area of the hotel ) to get there.

People very courteous. Great view from bedroom and all requests re accommodation met with a smile.

Loved our breakfast the first morning but early breakfast on last day left a little to be desired. Maybe it was just too early for chef !

The breakfast was good.

The beds and pillows were hard, the tv did not work (my husband wanted to watch the Masters Gold Tournament and was unable to), the location was a good 15 minute walk from the downtown area and the water (not a nice walk), and they only had one person staffing the desk so sometimes a very long wait to get information. We were in Spain for two weeks and this was by far our least favorite hotel.
